Its hard to chackra control.Do you have any tips?

i wouldn't try doing them all at once, study each one individually and work with each one on its own, then work with two, then three, and so on until you can balance all 7 during a meditation or whatever.

there are a number of activities associated with each chakra, you could play around and find what works best for you. cleaning the house is said to help the root chakra, orange scents are good for the sacral. and if you believe in colour energy, mindfully wearing the specific chakras colour can charge that chakra.

Some web sites I have read suggest that working on one at a time, for a while, is a viable option. That is, focus on the root chakra for a week or a month. By that, they suggest getting in touch with their correspondences, and focusing on those areas of a person's life.

Whichever system you are working with (they do vary; you will find very different sets of correspondences in New Age type resources than you will if you go to the source traditions) will have a list of corresponding characteristics. The color red and the element earth are closely related to the root chakra, just to help keep this consistent. If you chose to do those two things only, then you could wear red when meditating on the chakra, or turn on a red light; considering the physically corresponding location, wearing red underpants could be an easy way to have bright red for a day without being obvious. For earth, I have read it suggested to take long walks on the dirt, barefoot if possible. Getting in touch with nature, spending time outdoors.
