Is this a good book?

I'll try to keep this short. I found this book in my attic back in 2014 and I haven't really touched it much...my friends tell me it's dangerous but I'm not going to be summoning something that will cause (pardon the language) hell or worse, death. It's called The Witch's Workbook by and it's by someone named Ann Grammary. Is the book actually real? I'm not even sure what's real and what isn't with how naive I am...just hoping to get some advice here! I will post a link down below of what the book looks like, I just hope it's okay to post links on this website in the forums..will someone let me know right away if it isn't okay to? I just wanted to show what the book looks like, that's all.

There is nothing inherently dangerous about this book.

The author published this one book back in 1973 when Witchcraft was neither as well known or as open in public view. Witchcraft is very real as many on this website would attest. And the book seems to have garnered some positive reviews on Amazon.

The book has been long out of print, so if you have a copy then you are fortunate.
