Very New And Confused

I know some spells aren't real but can someone please tell me which one's are real. While you're add it can you please give me tips like would I have to do mediation or something.

Very few people are going to be willing to type out the name of every spell that is real. However types of spells to avoid are those that claim to be able to physically summon, physically change your appearance, fly, float, do impossible acts such as immortality, time travel, teleportation etc.

With time it is likely that you will know which spell types are real and fake and can start to write your own.

If youre very new you shouldnt really even be considering spells and rituals. Instead take the time to learn a good foundation of knowledge such as grounding, centering, visualisation and energy manipulation. There are some good forums on this that are a good place to start.
