Astral Travel

How do you do Astral Travel? Correctly? Because, i Tried it before and my body, kept getting itchy. And also, Can a Spirit take over your body? when you are Astral Traveling?

The itching is the first to explain: The brain demands external stimulus. A state of meditation is not normal to our typically very distracted minds. With practice and repetition, it will become easier to settle into meditation, and let sensations pass.

As for the rest, there is no 'correct' method; there are many methods which work differently for different people.

A spirit cannot just enter your body without your permission.
You cannot "get lost" and be unable to "return."
You never leave. Your perception merely changes.

Hi, wow that sound interesting have a spirit take over your body, I would imagine it would be but not very common. I would think if you call a spirit so long before you started astral projection it might take to the opportunity?

Sure a spirit can actually take over your body when you are Astral Traveling because you do not follow the necessary steps and you need to have that spiritual witch in you for you not to get hurt.
