Stormy dreams

Recently i started having more and more dreams about a specific storm where there would be a tornado siren

And I would just stand ourside and see it twisting and swiring as it would suck me up, And thats when i would usually wake up, How do i stop having this specific drean

I think the storm is related to some anticipated cataclism, possibly of the unknown, perhaps anxious feelings and a sense of being unable to do anything regarding knowing what is coming (or knowing something is coming but not what, or how to deal with it).

Have things been unusually stressful as of late? Do you feel like some aspect of your life is getting out of your own control, or happening despite your best efforts?
