Astal plane/reality conne

Sorry if i had put this in the wrong place!

I was wondering if there was a astral projection connection with reality? The reason behind it is:

I have been somehow appearing into some world but I'm with two people i know in the physical world. They also remember the experiences. Is it similar to some form of dream walking?

Im very fond of the astral world and often make philosophies based on intuition and experience.

I believe that real reality (not what we percieve normally) is the astral plane. The astral is what reality is. Think of it like the matrix. Our brains I believe shield us and filter the influx of information that the reality holds, to instead percieve things on a third dimension level, and we only learn and gain knowledge instead of becoming all knowing.

But yes, there is definitely a connection from the astral plane to our percieved reality, our lesser dimension. During the use of our third eye we produce a chemical called DMT which allows us to visualize as well as accomplish spells. It is a fact as well that as we dream we naturally produce DMT. I believe dreams is our eye opening, and allowing our brain to remove a few filters to see into the astral. Most people then experience the dream which they visually created.

I can't answer whether you and your friends all manifested an astral experience, but perhaps if you all are faithful in the belief of magic, and you all concentrated your energy conciously or unconsciously, then perhaps you definitely did all enter at least to an extent, the astral world.

I know my answer isn't definite, I wish I was there to experience it with you and your friends. But hopefully my philosophy on the astral plane, dreams, and reality give you some plausible explaination to what could have happened.
