Some people keep stealing

Some people keep stealing my baby boy thor luckily he keeps getting away from them and running home but I don't know why or who I'm afraid that he might not get free at some point when he gets home he is always hurt really bad I am going to call the cops and report it but other than that please tell me what u think is appropriate for me to do I'm so sad and angry right now just talking to someone is appreciated and helps me to not get into trouble

Are you talking about a child or a pet? If it's a child then we can't help you here and you need to file kidnapping charges with the police. If it's a pet, might I suggest keeping your pet indoors.

I'd have to agree with the above:
If your baby boy, Thor, is an animal which keeps getting out or you regularly let out, it may not be getting stolen, but just running off for a jaunt and getting into fights with other animals. This would explain the injuries. It would also be a very good reason to make sure Thor is caught up on immunizations, and if he's intact, there may be some baby Thors running around somewhere, as well that you'll simply never know about.

If Thor is a human child, I seriously have to wonder how other people are getting access to the child so easily.
