You realize you are you?

Were the experiences you described dreams, or something you believe to be a past life, or some alternate kind of reality?

Our dreams are most often renditions of issues or situations in our waking life that are being worked out by our subconscious. Usually these dreams will be so customized that ultimately only the dreamer can truly decipher them. Considering this, try to recall how each dream made you feel, be as specific as you can, and dont worry about having been in someone elses shoes. Even though that may have been the case, the situation has more value when compared to your own life/situations/concerns than any others. The hardest part is accepting what your subconscious may be trying to show you, and remember you are the top priority in your own mind, enven if you are a 'social worker', so to speak. Our minds are just as complex as we are, and as such, are only truly understood by ourselves. Be honest with yourself, and try not to fear what you may learn. It may give a blow to your own or a loved ones pride, but being honest with yourself is top priority to your subconscious. Chances are good that the information learned will affect you directly somehow, and take comfort that most dreams are hardly strictly literal. "Fear is the Mind Killer".. Good luck :)
