In a sacred circle of your choosing facing north,Place 1 white candle=magic,spirit. scribe the candle with the rune "Ansuz" (speech)
[awn-sooz] 1 green candle=healing ( to fill the void where the pain was) scribe the rune "Mannaz" ( Mankind) [mawn-nawz] . light the candles ( Runes are from "the book of shadows" By Brittany Nightshade.
Bring your pain to the front of your mind ( know it ) If you live with more than 1 kind of pain, which most of us do ) just concentrate on one per spell.
