People need to be more cautious online. Online life is real life. The problem is, since John Doe the person won't get in trouble, RandomUser123 will, it's easier to dissociate and treat it like it's not real life. If you were at the mall [pre-pandemic] and a stranger walked up, talked about how amazing you were and offered to help you. Would you go with them? I know not everyone who wishes harm has a giant moustache to twirl that tells you they're evil, but trust your instincts. That nibbling doubt it warning you of something. [and this is coming from someone who had a cyberbully]
