Have I found my familiar?

After going to Petco yesterday I got kitty fever and decided to look at cats up for adoption online. After scrolling through pages of cats, I came across a one-eyed tabby kitten named Clover.

When I saw her picture, I felt a strange tugging sensation in my chest. I hadn't experienced it with any of the other cats I'd seen and I thought it was weird, so I decided to grab my pendulum and get some insight.

Using my pendulum board I contacted my grandpa, who is one of my spirit guides. I asked him if there was a reason I felt that weird tug and he said yes. I asked him why and he spelled out "familiar."

Shortly before that I had been musing aloud to my other cat Arya what I would name her little sibling (Ezio or Altair for a boy, Eivor or Kassandra for a girl). I asked my grandpa if there was anything else that I needed to know about Clover and he said yes. He then spelled out "Eavor" so I guess that means that he thinks I should rename her Eivor? My grandpa probably has no idea what Assassin's Creed is so I'm not surprised that he didn't spell it correctly. xD

I submitted a message through the website expressing my interest in meeting Clover. I hope I hear back from them soon.

Anyway, what do you all think? Is it possible that Clover really is supposed to be my familiar? What does that even really mean?


TLDR; Found a cat online, felt a weird tugging sensation in my chest. Did a pendulum reading and was told that the cat is my familiar.

You probably should try to,adopt the cat, familiar or not.

I think it could be quite possible, as your spirit guide seems to think that, and the spiritual pull you feel towards her. I wish you luck with her if you do choose to adopt her x

Contrary to popular belief, familiars are not physical animals, rather they are spirits. So, simply put, no the cat isn't your familiar. That does not mean, however, that you do not have some sort of connection with the animal. Or just one of those feelings.
