Hello. I was wondering if anybody knew where i could learn some astrology or had any tips. I would really appreciate any sort of help because I know very little. Thank you!
A good place to start is your own natal chart. For your chart you will need the time, date, and location of your birth.
There are free websites where you can calculate and study your natal chart. One such place is astro.com. I mention it as an example of such websites.
As you study your natal, you may take an interest in books on the subject. There are many. I can recommend the book aspects and personality, the author's name is Karen, I forget her last name.
You also have the availability of search engines. When you come across terms in your studying such as, transits, synnastry, kites, squares, degrees etc, you will be able to look in depth into these terms, and learn their meaning, and how to use them.
Eventually you will tire of your own natal and perhaps would like to look into other chart types.
You may find yourself drawn to synnastry, transit, solar return, or draconic charts. You may find yourself drawn to Eastern Astrology over Western. You may consider whether or not you like traditional or modern astrology.
The best advice I can give is to dive right in and have patience with the process. It can be a rewarding but extensive subject.

I would also like to add that I think it is more of what divinationary methods work best for you. As in, what clicks. Some people connect with or have an easier time with reading/interpreting certain forms. Some things come more naturally than others or are put in terms that might be easier for you personally to understand.
Personally I would also add a few books by Linda Goodman, if you can find them.
Linda Goodman's star signs is a good book for general knowledge on astrology and numerology. Very handy because there is considerable overlap.
Linda Goodman's sun signs is more specifically on astrological signs.
Linda Goodman's love signs is also focused on astrology, but more specifically on the sign interactions and personality archetypes. Especially when it comes to relationships.
