Hey guys, incase you don't know they're spirits that have taken a shadowy form of a human. Last night I saw one. It opened the door, and out of the corner of my eye I saw it's head pop out then away again. I asked my family if they opened the door and they said no and when I went back inside, the door slammed shut. I keep on seeing it snd I think it may be my recently passed family member, Uncle Shane. He died last Monday but I didn't know him. Today I felt really sad and I don't know why. Any help at all is appreciated.
If you know it's your uncle possible try and talk to his grave just letting him know that's it is okay to go and whatever else might come to mind. If it is a shadow person from my understanding shadow people and spirits from ancestors are two different things. However, if it is a shadow person then there isn't really much you can do about it, but put up some protection. Shadow people are kind of like echos to me because many people seem to agree that they don't really do much just linger.
That's the thing, I don't know if it is my uncle though. Today I went out for lunch with his siblings and when I saw his mother I just broke down... I don't know what it was but after a while I felt find and no one seemed to notice me crying. I don't know what to do because I keep seeing the Shadow Person follow me. Im scared that he might hurt me even though be hasn't yet.
If you do not know for sure that it is your uncle. Then it's best to cast protection you can ask for who you believe in for protection or make your own protection spells. If you work with crystals Amesthey might be able to help you. Most shadow people are not known to harm people though, make sure to cleanse your room before and after spellcasting.
I highly doubt that was the human spirit of your dead uncle. You two apparently share blood and emotional and energetic bond being related, and the relative dead spirits do not play hide and seek with their kin. Additionally, human spirits need a lot of energy and a help from living person to really cause this kind of phenomena you are describing such as opening doors. Are you sure you did not dream of this event, or it was not just black spot in your vision field, which appear as you are looking at light source straight and then pan out your visual focus? The door might have opened by gust of wind and shut by it later.
The dead usually come to pass massages or to communicate with you not to stalk you behind a door. This is especially valid for your blood relatives. Just communicating to us is harder for any new spirit as they need to transition in their new level of existence, let alone opening doors.
There is another group of spiritual/dimensional beings, who appear completely black, but they have never been human and never will be. They are particularly attracted to houses in which people are grieving devastating loss or experiencing some sort of very strong painful/traumatizing event. The longer the event is happening the more they can manifest. Usually, people with no psychic abilities feel weird in their presence or they break down emotionally, feeling this strong dark emotions. In this sense they are annoying and unpleasant. They are absolutely dangerous for well developed psychic people and can become lethal for physical mediums, who are not protected by their circle. If you have any sort of psychic abilities, you must cast a circle and protect yourself at all times awake or asleep. They have the ability to invade dreams and auras via energetic pathways.
I started feeling them at very young age, but their presence picked up a notch when a child friend of mine drawned in rather suspicious circumstances, and he was such a pure soul. I could not get rid of them for so long time because of my mental, emotional and energetic state.
They do not feel at all like human spirits. Last ones have their own emotions and struggles, stories and memories. The Shells as I call them feel very cold and empty, but at same time dreadful and ominous. No human feels like that alive or dead. Their true form is shapeless darkness, but they have taken liking to the grim reaper type of appearance. Some of them like the Hat man form, but they can appear in other forms if they really feel like the effort to assume another is worth it. Most people will not see them in any form because most people just sense them. I see them in my mind's eye.
I have hosted them few times, performing trance mediumship and the experience is very sickening and unsettling. Once they made me very unwell physically and on all levels. You do not want them anywhere near your energetic field let alone inside it. Since, I have made it very clear that they are not allowed anywhere near me.
I know I wasn't dreaming or that there was a spot in my vision it had the outline of a head and shoulders and then the door slammed shut. Before you tell me that it was the wind, these doors are very heavy and all the windows were shut until I went outside AFTER the event. I thank you for the advice.
