Profile Picture

Hi. So im just wondering about profile pictures and what is allowed. Ideally I was thinking of having a picture of a tarot card as my profile but does it have to be my own art? which I dont mind. But my question is if I can use a picture from google which is licensed? Thank you much in advance.

I think you're just allowed to use any image as long as it's not inappropriate.

For instance, mine is from google and I don't even know who the artist is but I've never been told I cant use it.

If the image is marked as being copyrighted you cannot use it on this site and it would violate copyright law.

If it is not marked as being copyrighted, then you may use it. However, if you know the name of the artist for your image, it's good manners to acknowledge the artist in your Profile.
