Can someone please help

Sure. To send a message to someone, click on their name to go to their Profile here on the site. Right above their profile there are a series of red tags. One of them says "Mail". Click on that tab and it will open a window to let you send them an e-mail message.

At the top right of your Profile page, right next to the tab to let you sign out, should be a tab marked Mail. Can you not see it?

And are you having problems with the site on your phone or on your computer? Sometimes mobile connections don't work well with the site.
