I really would like to summon her. I understand all the risks. Please no warnings. I'm just asking for help to summon her

I would try inviting her first, for a summons is actually rude as it is a demand for her presence. An invitation is much more appealing and all you need do is ask and give an offering to this deity or magical being. You could also set up an altar in Lilith's honor with offerings placed upon it. To understand how research Lilith and learn as much as you can about her.

Please also remember; Thou shall not summon what that thou can not banish. If you are not familiar with how to banish then do not summon anything.
