full moon and periods

Hello everyone! for the last couple of months my period has been insync with the full moon.
Of course during those day I feel a tad bit weaker than usual.
My question is wether being on my period during the full moon will boost the spells i make during that time or on the contrary make them weaker?

I feel that would depend on your personal energy levels.

There are some who have no real drop in their energy levels during that time and others whom feel drained.

For myself personally I often feel drained during that time and end up doing small things like making something or decorating but I don't tend to push myself to do spellwork.

I'd say it depends on how you feel. During that time if you find yourself feeling particularly energized it can be a great time for spell work.

But if you have periods where you don't feel well, feel drained, or are in pain it can be best to wait another time, where you are feeling well and energized.
