What it means??

I've seen some saying: "there is no magic for good or bad" can someone explain this to me? I would like to learn.

Generally speaking, magic is neutral. It has no will or intent of its own until the caster manipulates the energy and gives it purpose. Thus, if you cast a spell for 'good' the magic is created and used for that purpose. If you cast a spell for 'evil' the magic is instead created and used for that purpose.
