I have a wicca spells for beginners book on my Amazon cart. It's called Wicca Spells: a Beginners Guide To Wiccan Spells. It was released in 2022 and the name of the Author is Sarah Rhodes. The book covers the basics of the wiccan religion, history, what exactly Wiccans believe, how the practice and so on. The book also contains spells luck love and money. Would this book be worth the money?
I've never heard of this author and I found little information on her. But the Amazon review is good, but it only has 2 reviews. [if I was looking at the same one you were, the audiobook was free]
How new to the craft are you? what do you want most out of this book? You can learn "the basics" of Wicca from a Wikipedia article and as for spells, you're currently on SpellsOfMagic so you could compile your own Book of Shadows or Grimoire for free [or the cost of a notebook] I say this because this was how I learned when I was new. Google, 1 library book, and a notepad for spells I copied offline. Trust me, they won't all be winners [I might upload pictures of the nonsense I wrote down to show people I was new once too] but it's the cheapest way to work on your craft. Honestly, I loved spending Sundays in my room working on my BoS and scrolling through witchcraft sites.
With that said, if you want a book on Wicca, my first book was Wicca for Life by Raymond Buckland. While there are newer [and possibly better] books on Wicca [trust me, it's very easy to come by] I suggest Buckland because he was trained by Gerald Gardner and he popularized Wicca in North America, so it's more of a direct source than the versions many Wiccans peddle today which is "don't harm anyone and you can do anything" when it's a little more than that because Wicca's a religion. [some jokingly call it The Catholic Church of Witchcraft for its rituals and rules]
If you want spells, there are thousands of books to choose from [when I was about a year into my practice, I became obsessed with spellbooks. I own *runs to count* 17 books which are just spells [if we're including instruction books that are half spells, I own 28 plus a book I copied offline and from other witches] And out of all of those spellbooks I only use 2 [both by the same author] If you want a generic all types of spells spellbook, I'd recommend Judika Illes. Judika's book of 5000 Spells is incredible but expensive [I requested it for my birthday, expensive] which is why I purchased her book Magic When You Need It and I use it to this day. If you want Wiccan Only, I'd go with Arin Murphy-Hiscock Arin writes on a variety of topics including Wicca. She teaches about magick while including spells and rituals. [similar to how you described Sarah's book]
Spells are but a tiny part of Wiccan practice. Wicca is primarily a religion where its followers are priests and priestesses of the Gods. If it is the religion that draws you then the books I generally recommend for beginners are:

"Wicca" by Thea Sabin
"The Wiccan God" and "The Wiccan Goddess" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
"Celebrating the Seasons of Life: Samhain to Ostara" by Ashleen O'Gaea
"Celebrating the Seasons of Life: Beltane to Mabon" by Ashleen O'Gaea
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
"The Elements of Ritual" by Deborah Lipp

If all you are looking at is doing spells but not devoting yourself to the practice of a serious religion, then Wicca is probably not what you're looking for. And I'd be happy to offer other references more tailored to your interests.
