I want a working love spell, not one to be targeted on somebody, I want one to attract somebody new into my life, I'm not good at making my own spells there is only one time where I made a spell but it turned out the healing spell only worked on that specific person alone, is there any spells on here that actually work because I know some are incomplete.

I do like that you are looking to attract love, rather than trying to make someone love you. That shows good wisdom and maturity! (Kudos due!)
When it comes to this kind of spell, it can have parallels with other 'attraction' spells/workings like calling a guide or guardian, twin-flame or soul mate. The idea is to open the proverbial door to bringing you together with a being (in this case a person preferrably) that would have a mutually beneficial partnership.
A few thoughts;
Find and read up on ideas like twin-flames, soul mates, soul partners (Think soul mates more for growth and learning than for love), Guides, guardians, and even co-magicians. Basically, learn about the different relationships so you can understand what you are looking for and, as a result, what you want to ask for. Who knows, it might grow into a lesson of it's own. It never hurts to reflect on not just what you want, but also why- and what other ways it might be fulfilled. You might find you are drawn towards a different direction entirely.
Next, once you understand your goal it would be time to declare it. This is the 'magic' part that, as was already said, is quite individual. Don't peruse the spells in terms of 'works' or 'doesn't work'. Think of them all as templates. Recipe bases that show you the basic formula and process. Look over many options related to your goal and see what the common threads are. What do they all involve that is the same? Then, use -that- information to build and/or adapt one that resonates with you and make it yours by your own already-present practice.
I would recommend looking at spells along the lines of what I have already mentioned, plus perhaps branching out to 'see me' spells, general love attraction workings, Self-care/'love thy self' magic, or even more spiritual guide or guardian spirit callings as they have many similar elements.
