Snow Magic

Hello Everyone,
Last week I cast a snow spell, but this week it rained.
Do you think it will snow?
Can anyone with knowledge about snow magic write?

No matter how many spells you cast to make it snow, it's not going to happen unless the weather conditions are right for snow. Since you say it rained instead it is likely that it was too warm to snow and no spell was going to change that.
