The only thing you can do is go back in your mind and figure out what happened so that you can find a way to fix the problem in the present and future.

okay one time travel requires unimaginable amounts of raw energy.2nd even if u could do it it would mess up the time stream so badly it creates whats known as a continuum loop in other words time is forced to repeat and alter.think the movie groundhog day except with the possiblity of a random black hole generating and utterly destroying space time all together.choose one or the other that simple.
Time travel is very difficult because most people think they can send them selves back into time but that's not how it works. When we reverse time, we must bring EVERYTHING back into time, which involves reversing the speed of EVERY SINLGE ATOM(speed of atoms equals time, if atoms did not move, theoreticcaly, wouldn't time stop?) in the world. Another theory is that if you know how to physically teleport, theoretically all time has already occured in distant universes so if somehow you found the correct universe just like ours but in a different time period, yeah, you could go back in time.Most likely this can only be acheived by astral projection because physical teleportation to an unknown location is risky. The flaw is that astral projection of course is on the astral plane, which means that back here on the physical plane, nothing happens. Correct me if I am wrong becuase my knowledge of astral projection is thin, and I, myself would like to learn more.
i want to go back in time. i lost the love of my life. shes got a boyfriend. and she lst her virginity to him and i found out all these things i should have not. i want to go back in time to. and if going back in time is impossible because even one footstep out of place will blow us to oblivion then perhapse i must leave my body and communicate with whoever can make me go back to the time i had her and i could have made her mine.
(not suggesting you should kill yourself. lol. just a thought)
