I use sage to banish evil. I cast wards on my windows and doors by using a sage smudge stick to trace a pentacle in smoke. Then I fill that spot with magick and purpose.

I like to respect the traditions of the Natives by burning sage:) (In the U.S of course..)

Personaly I would not use anything with a sweet smell to banish anything

Sage seems like one of the most common, rosemary where I live is very common, some even grow wild. Thanks for the post!

Hi okay I could get help from anyone else and not good with forums anyway, I need help banishing something that is attached to some one whom I love dearly, it's like a shadow he said, it's been with him since he was a kid it runs in his family but it like skips generations, I don't know what to do, I want to banish it forever, we both think it's the reason he hasn't died yet like it's protecting him like it enjoys watching him suffer. I only say this because he's been shot and ran over before and hasn't died and he's been stabbed in the heart before by and idiot ex girlfriend please please help me

Sage would work, too. My preferred banishing herb is black pepper! Good luck everyone!
