most likely it is, however it could also not be. i wouldn't pay someone to cast a spell for you, as you can cast on yourself fairly easy

There are legitimate spell casters who will do work for money. There are also tons of website of organizations who check these people out to make sure they're legit.

If they are on this site though, I'd say no. And again, report it.

Someone just a while ago asked me to cast a spell for them
Love spell he wanted me to take away some people's free will
I could have said I will do it but have the money first
But I didn't because it was senseless to me
Yes there are a lit of scammers on this site
Someone offers you something just say no thank you
Even if he/she seems modest
People on this site that ask if they can cast a spell for dont believe them
You should just cast a spell for yourself
Besides who knows you better than you
