Psychic attack

If you are under psychic attack, imagine yourself shrouded in golden light. Let yourself feel the warmth and protection of this light, and believe yourself stronger than the energy attacking you. Try a prayer to a deity or spiritual guardian, call them to your aid. If you can get it, a branch of rosemary in a small white bag should be kept in a safe spot in your home (preferably your altar) for protection. Try to find a cleansing and shielding spell to perform, and you will be fine. Best of luck to you.

Thank you for the info. Hadn't heard about the Rosemary tip before. It has slowly been decreasing for the past year or so, so hopefully she can move on soon.

it always starts after the wanning moon of someones 15th birthday.
my mom gave me a necklace made of black jasper:)
i strongly suggest it
the only downside is the attacks come back if you take it off:o

I was browsing the forums out of curiosity to see what kind of spells were being discussed. I have seen a need for protection spells, so here I've posted one I find quite effect to use when needed.

It is called the Active Immune Defense Energy Shield.

Take a moment to clear yourself. Meditate for a bit if you wish. Release all negative energy and relax your body. All your muscles and all your pains, just let them fade away. Feel your connection to energy. Feel the purest, most divine energy around you. Let it come in and absorb into your body, further relaxing and healing your body to the core of your soul.

Next, I would like you to visualize the pure, divine energy floating around you condense and solidify around the very edge of the film upon your aura. Let every flicker, every edge of your aura be covered in this shield of energy, as it continues to harden into an impenetrable wall. Let your aura flow freely, keeping the shield of the purest, most holy, and most divine energy you could surround yourself with. This shield will actively protect you by providing a shield around your very aura, but it still allows your energy to form freely, so your aura still flickers with the shield for as long as you keep it. This provides an offense as well as a defense, because you can use the flickers of your aura to be used as an attack for any malicious entities that you feel may be getting too close, or if it gets to close to the natural flickering of your aura.
