The only two o can comment on ia the necronomicon which is based off of H.P. lovercraft characters which seems hinky to me as he was a fantasy/horror writer.
And then there is Silver Ravenwolf. She is considered one of the fluffiest writers in the occult community.

The Necronomicon is a ficticious book in the writings of Howard Phillip Lovecraft. Several authors have created versions of the Necronomicon, but they are exactly that - made up.
Avoid Silver Ravenwolf like the plague.
The others... I have never read. Just based on the titles "Bewitched" (Love spells? You are ok with the equivelent of magical rape?) and "Hocus Pocus", I would avoid those as well. "Spells for Revenge and Protection"? Well, you get what you put out. Revenge may not be ehr smartest move for you.
Before recommending any books, I'd want to know what you have studied. What fundamentals do you practice? What tradition are you looking to follow?
I was aware that the story around the Necronomican was fictional but was under the impression that the rituals themselves where real. Thank you for clearing this up though i will cancel the book order until i get further recommendations from the community here.
I do not currently follow a religion i was born a catholic but have not followed the religion. I am mostly interested in witchcraft but considering its not a recognized religion i would be interested in the closest to it. From my limited research it seems that traditional wicca comes into play with witchcraft but i could be wrong.
Just to point out i am *not* going to or even attempt any kind of revenge spell. Being a complete newcomer im looking for a book to start off and a couple of other books on both the dark and the light side of magic spells and rituals. I would like to have the knowledge of doing both the good and the bad, knowledge is power! lol. If you could recommend a few i would really appreciate it.
The summoning of spirits also interests me although i wouldn't attempt anything related to it until i was experienced, would like a book related to this though for reading knowledge and information for when i am more experienced.

Witchcraft is not a religion. It is a practice, and not necessarily connected to any spiritual or philosophical belief.
Wicca, for example, is a religion which incorporates some aspects of magic.
But practicing magic does not have to be connected to any religion.
From what I know the Simon Necronomicon is a book on modern necromancy that a guy wrote based off the fictitious Necronomicon but including real magick practices

If I might suggest some books on magic and spellcraft that have nothing to do with religion then I would suggest the following:
" Spells And How They Work " by Janet and Stewart Farrar
" The Veil's Edge " by Willow Polson
" Modern Magick " by Donald Michael Kraig
(Note: The Farrar's are Wiccan so some traces of Wicca are in their book but their explanation of how magic works makes it worthwhile even for non-Wiccans)
If you want a book of nothing but spells then take a look at:
" Encyclopedia of 5000 spells " by Judika Illes
For books on Traditional Witchcraft (not Wicca) I might suggest the following
