Taoism is a religion. Tao and Dao are the same thing. Dao is the pinyin translation. Tao is the Wales-Giles translation - just like chi/qi/ch'i. They're the same thing, different translations. Chinese is notoriously hard for Westerners to translate, therefore the different systems.

Well since I am bipolar (yes I find hundrends of advatages with it :P ) when I get upset for some reson I am in this trance whare I have a since of everyone around me. I know what is happaning, yet this only happens once a day....if it happens twice then well. I am aware of what I am doing, hands are as cold as ice yet when I touch my skin it is very hot, my energys flow faster and qicker, I am qicker. Well I do not conseder this a gift well more of a curse. Since well I have no idea when this will happen. I can get very violint during these times as well.
