astral projection vs Etheric projection and OBE's

I have alot of knowledge lets see if i can get it on paper. there are seven planes up seven planes down. going up means higher lightwave frequency, going down means lower frequency. this is the material world where every thing is mixed and manifested in actuality. both sets of planes interact here in what u would call the divine comedy or tragedy. each person has a unique frequency signiture that lines up with a ruling body. to raise a lvl one must learn to absorb that frequency then produce it inducing an altered state of consciousness. this is way better than AP

this thought just occurred to me, i don't know if the "biorhythm" charts about your mind body and spirit or as i believe it is usually wrote, emotional, physical and intellectual, is actually true and accurate, but wouldnt it be easier to astral or ethereal project when your physical attributes are down and your emotional and intellectual are up?

so when your spirit body leaves the physical body? what dose it look like?? do you see your self, or do you see the surroundings that you are in.

what dose the astral plane look like?

I personally have no experience with either type of projection, although my teacher taught me how to create a porthole. Its a way to gather energy around you and mentally open a window to another plane, time, spot within you mind. To do this though, you have to be familiar to what it looks like. You can step through the mirror, and check it out, but to do so is very dangerous. If your body looses control, gets hurt to much, or get distracted, your spiritual self could be trapped on the other side of the mirror.
The exact methods of this, although I am sure somebody could tell you, or you might be able to find somewhere else online, I cannot say because of the oath of my order.
I just felt like letting some people who are willing to do some digging have a new project to spelunk on.

Interesting, I too have never heard of etheric projection, I would like to learn more! I have spontanious OBE, before i fall asleep or I can get jolted into it while dreaming, at least i thnk that is what it is. I have read up on astral projection as well, and that doesnt seem to fit, perhaps what i have is more etheric?

I would like to hear more about what etheric projection is like, feels like etc? and how it differs from OBE and astral projection

i think it's different for each person. when i project i tend to look at my hands and arms and see silver-white transparent arms that are quite whispy.

Astral projection is truly amazing and absolutely liberating when you leave your body.
i find it very easy to actually climb out of my body via the third eye area but gettin into the theta state is what i find difficult at times.
any way guys, listen to Silvervixen, after watching her video on it and studying Edain McCoy's astral projection for beginners then i was able to do it. Robert Bruce is also excellent on teaching astral projection.
