Everytime Im trying to meditate and close my eyes, I see faces, faces of people I don't recognise. Im findng it hard to meditate because most of the times, something will come up or I will see something. What do you think is this?
this could mean a number of things, first it could be a memory of people from your life or past lives and it could be that your body wishes for you to see these past memories because they are important... but then again it would matter do you recognise these people at all? if yes then it could be that you are just rememboring a lost memory or having a premonition. If you dont recognise them then it could be from a memory from a past life.
Another thing it could mean is that you are experiencing a premonition for someone else, or a vision(more commonly known), which in short means that you are seeing the future events of someone. But the only way to know it it is a vision is if you can see where they are and your vision gives you hints of where they are.
Can you see the backround or where these people and faces are?
Most of the time i see coloured dot, sometimes red, green, white, blue. Sometimes I doht't like the figures or faces that I see, they are scaring me actually. More than twice, if I remember right, I saw Jesus Christ's face. Most of the faces are disfigured, old people's faces that I don't remember having seen or met at all. And somehow it's distracting me.

Are they scaring you because they are different and unknown...or do you get the sense they are TRYING to scare you?
Im not sure if they are scaring me, but they do look scary. Sometimes Im trying to recognise the face but the longer I try, the more that they become disfigured and changing. I do sometimes recognise the face but not exactly the face, something symbolic or resembling the face of the person I know.

Ometimes when we have glimpses of past lives,we see distorted images.
Sometimes in glimpses of the future we see distorted images untill you master how to project them.
More commonly we see memories of people and simply because of time and our brains inability to maintain some things perfectly they may become ditorted.
If you dont feel threatend or scared by them,simply focus on trying to make the images clearer.
If you do,focus on making them go away by replacing them (thinking of)a more pleasant picture,one that makes you feel safe.
