HELP!!!

well i think i got circles down seeing how i just repelled a behemoth

Learning magic takes time. Sometimes a lot of time; years! It starts with "thinking"; meditation, visualising magic.Breath control. You can be "taught" rituals and spells, but the magic is within you. Trying to repel a behemoth as a beginner is putting the cart before the horse!

i know what you mean it took a lot of energie just to repel it on top of that send it back through a beast gate i slept for six days

Hey i am thirteen and i think i might be able to help help you with your energy balance because i 2 used to have the same problem. this is a meditation that works for all elements.

first find a warm comfy spot to sit where you can touch the floor with your feet.breath in and out deeply and and count to 50 (this helps get you to the state of relaxation quicker).imagine that you are outside in the season of your birth.imagine your energy glowing in you and let it flow from the top of your head and down to your feet.as you imagine this think of all the dark unwated energy leavig your body and flowing into the earth,letting it renew itself into new positive energy.
