"Telekinesis" does not typically cause an OBE.

Isnt telekinesis the same as energy manipulation,in which i direct my energy into the object and try to make it move with my energy?

Or maybe it was something like a mood swing.

I just look around the area I want to shield, close my eyes and imagine the shield in that area. Then I use a chant pertaining to what I want it to do.

myself, i've never felt energy, but i see it. what i do is during meditation, after i cleanse myself with white light, i visualize it centering in my stomach area, spinning fast and omitting rays of light that cling to my body as a shield of light throughout the day. if i was was to take a week off from doing this, my cleansing and shielding will take longer than if i kept it up daily. but i'm the type of person where i miss one day of a routine and i can't get back into it... should go meditate now *walks away*
