get all the evidence you can together, and take them to court. it might be costly, but that's the best course to take. then, before the trial, cast a truth spell on them, so they cannot lie. that's about all i can think of.
This is not something you're going to be able to do a quick fix on by casting a spell on the adoptive parents. You're going to have to go through the system to get it done. First thing you're going to need is a lawyer to help you with the legal aspects of your case. If you can't afford to hire one, check in your community for any Legal Aid group where the attorneys will either work for free or for minimum charges. Then follow the advice of the attorney on what you need to do. If you've been lied to by the social worker then you have a good case for getting your daughter back.
If you want to work magic in this case, once you get the legal proceedings started then you might want to do some magical work to make your case go well.

Uh redmercury 'if' a method that is 'questionable' is used how then will the universe react to a 'just' call for her return. Only good ( so to speak ) magic should be used to 'ensure' her return and for it to keep....
Alot of things that can be done with magic take equal effort or more effort to do with magic than just doing them the normal way. This sounds like one of those cases. I would atleast try the court system.

This is a perfect example of a problem that magick will not fix. In most states you have 6 months to change your mind about an adoption You need to contact a lawyer and see what your options are. If you are able to go to court and have a hearing on whats in the best interest of the child. There are spells to get the outcome of the court case to result in your favor. Until then its in the hands of the justice system.
Speaking as a child who got adopted out, you need to ask yourself a big question before you can continue: can you give your baby the life they deserve? Can you keep them happy? Well fed? With clothes on their back and a roof over their head in a stable home? If yes, please continue. If not but you still want them, how willing are you to work hard and how many sacrifices are you willing to make for them? If you still want to go through with this, just please remember the rule of 3: whatever you put out into the world, will come back to you threefold.
