Arcadian, you are demonstrating the exact same intolerance and ignorance that is shown toward us. This is the behavior that should be ended not merely redirected as you are suggesting. Yes, Christianity has done many things to pagans, however, pagans have also done their share against other pagans in the past. When religion and politics mix, this occurs. I despise when people point fingers at one religious group without looking into their own history. If you knew anything about ancient history, you would see that most religions tried to dominate in the same exact way. A unified belief under one political leader meant less conflict. And few political leaders actually allowed multiple religions to be practiced under their reign, subsects yes, but rarely entirely different religions.

But with intolerance, it is the people who buy into what their religious leaders say without thinking for themselves that causes it to grow into an entire social-group of like-minded, intolerant and ignorant individuals. They teach their children, and their children grow up knowing nothing other than what they were taught, and it becomes a vicious cycle.

But everyone has the ability to use their own mind and think for themselves. No authority in modern times condones such violence. Usually countries that mix religion and politics do not actively hunt those with religious differences as they once did. It is now just regular people who take it upon themselves.

Most cases of hate crimes have been done to extremes in high poverty areas where education is not very good. It is seen less, with more isolated cases, in areas where information is easy to obtain. However, extremists exist everywhere and there will always be people that believe their way is the right and only way.

There are more then one witch hunt in the uk I was a special constable (vountreeing police man) ia m now an inspector and there have been young girls bullied because in too suicide because of there witch craft some have been burnt alive and some worse the worse thing is that in other counters that have religion army's are alowed too kile any one who is not there religion its so wrong but in the UK and US we are luck we dount have too hide as much

Not always Christianity accuse people of witchcraft or magick in the modern day, but there are those who follow those traditions and also the ignorance in people were the first cause of this so even if you use them for good they would make a reason to accuse you, so I hope nobody has this problem and that it can stop.

And Arcadian don't use your ability's to hurt other people nor if they are hunting you should try to use a more peaceful way, because in either way karma would get you.
