My son was recently sent to prison for the death of a 3 week old baby. I am devastated because people have come forward publicly & said that the mother of teh baby has been bragging that she did it & that my son is innocent. He tried to take a plea deal for a lesser charge at the begging of his brother & I so that he would not spend life without parole but they then refused to give him the plea deal after he said he did somethign. Prior to trying to take the deal my son looked at me & said "Mom if I do this I will have to say I did something I did not do." Now he has been sentenced to 32 - 70 years & the motehr is bragging that she rolled over on her baby & sent my son in to check on the baby & that she walked away from teh baby with the Motive of she went to take a shower & cut her hair. There is a girl who has come forward as a witness to the mother bragging about killing her baby & getting away with it. Is ther a spell i can cast to make the mother, who is 19 & only got 1 yr probatiin & got pregnant within a week - 2 weeks after pulling the plug on her son, confess & for teh otehr girls & her family that she told the truth to ... to come forward from guilt?
MysticMoon, calling the police and giving them all the information you have would be a good start. Actually, having a lawyer on hand with the information would also be a good idea.
If your son can say that he was coerced into confessing, it may be enough for further recourse. But only a lawyer can answer that.

You need to be worrying less about a legal spell to make this go away and concentrate first of all on seeking help through the legal system. Talk with your son's attorney and give him this information. He can then file an appeal and ask for a re-trial based on the new information.
Once the wheels of the justice system are working you can certainly grease the wheels a bit by doing some magical workings towards finding justice for your son and letting the truth come out. But remember too that successful magic is far more than simply finding a spell in a book or on the net. How much experience do you have in actually doing magic? If the answer is that you have no experience or very little experience it is entirely possible that the magic will not help you out
But call your son's lawyer as soon as possible and get things in motion.

I casted this spells 5 or 6 months ago an d the spell summoned a ghost.It was a jackal ghost that tricks everyone involved in the court case and confuses everyone . I got rid of the ghost but just a heads up, when you cast this spell it may summon this ghost. I have the ability to see ghosts, others may not have that ability.
