URGENT HELP needed!

Very noble of you! Shamans and medicine men/women do not believe that there is a separation of physical and spiritual, but that the two are intertwined and one. The disease manifests spiritually and is an imbalance within the person, stemming from anything from an emotional loss or mental strain to as severe as soul loss. That's why balance is so important, fix the imbalance and the person can heal.

Some disease however is like a parasite that attaches to a person that is weakened by imbalance. This is what can be removed or transfered to fight. It can be done, but only if the disease is attached and not developed.

This isn't something that can be learned overnight. If you are truly interested in becoming a healer, I highly suggest walking down a shamanic path. I know a teacher that can give you good resources. But you need to be willing to really dedicate yourself and on your path you may find someone that can aid you in ridding this person of their illness one way or another, or at the very least, lessening it (if it is indeed an imbalance, it is the individual that needs to accept change and healing and is not 100% in your control)..

WhiteRav3en, thank you for replying. This would make sense..in this case, there's been an event in that person's life before the illness, and she didn't really accept that event, and the consequences of it. I'm not really sure if fixing the imbalance is possible, as there's someone else involved too.. it was quite a complicated situation. But, I will try to think of ways to fix things.

I really appreciate it, although I'm not sure if I could ever truly become someone like that because I'm a selfish person, and, even in this case, my wish to cure this person is because of how badly I want to keep them by my side, without them being in any pain.

I am not sure if there's enough time for me to get help to that person, since you've said it may take a long time, it's not an overnight thing, but I'm still more than willing to try every possibility, and I would love to know where to obtain any kind of resources, as my research on the internet turned out to me a total failure so far.

Just wanted to update, since all you guys were kind enough to give me advice and words of encouragement..
There has been a little improvement, after I've decided to take a bit more drastic measures and tried blood sacrifice (not animals blood so please do not accuse me of cruelty, it was my own). My health actually got a bit worse so I think that it's safe to assume that, at least to a certain extent, what I've done had some effect.
