focusing on your forehead every night and a bit of visiulizing that the eye is opening is just enough to open your 3rd eye in a month
there's no need for these heavy excercises

but i sugest you search for info on what you will eactually experiance with your 3rd eye opened...you may not like what you see
so think twice before opening your 3rd eye...or rather...think 5 times!!!

Well although this exercise is dangerous, its working. I have gotten all the symptoms that were stated.

Hmmm... Well, you know how holding your tounge and saying "apple" ends up sounding like "@$$hole"? I think that is how it's like with the word "thoh". It is pronounced "toe" but you also have your tounge set into the "TH" position. I hope I'm makeing sense. Anyways, also, you need to EXHALE as you say thoh. And it depends on how naturally your third eye is opened already for the migrains and headaches affect. Mine is kinda opened, and so my migrans are minor or in the middle. And haveing your third eye opened, comes with seeing the unseen, hearing the unheard, ect. I have memories from being very young, around 2 in a half my memories started. And I had many of the weird happenings going on. This is all based on my insights and my experinces. You may choose to beleive some of it or not. Everything is your choice. Well, toodles for now!

That makes sense and I think my third try made it better. I have a headache but it was just that first that was so funny. I don't know. I guess I'll find out eventually, huh?

I'm glad I could be of SOME help! ^^ Yes, only you can figure out in time. Try agian for the next two days... Then you can keep track on what the next effects for the next 3 days. If no mirgrains that are random, then try agian on the fourth day. Then agian, I'd need a strong migrain cuase I get loads of random headaches! But still, you'll know when it's opened becuase you'll feel diffrently, well not really, just have a very diffrent outsight from before. Well, I think so. Tell me when you beleive it happened!! I would like to know!! That way we can share our experinces!! ^^

I think it worked but my headache that I finally got the second try is still with me. Grr. Oh well.
