If you don't have the discipline and willpower to spend the time studying on your own then you will never master magic. Being spoon-fed by a teacher is a lazy approach and in the long run will fail you.

While you don't have a teacher start by reading and practicing on your own. That will give you a better understanding of what you are trying to master and help you in formulating specific questions to ask others when you get stuck. Many of the knowledgeable folks on here will help with questions and point you at good resources, but few of us have the time and energy to teach everyone who comes here looking to have years of work simply handed to them.
