Give away magick/power

Because it wasn't meant to be destructive. That one time? It was an amazing blissful experience. Full second sight. Full awareness of energy both in me and outside of me. But explaining further seems rather pointless.

If it is a part of the universe? Then I don't want to be a part of the universe. How can one accomplish that?

It's part of the universe, so put it back in. Rise energy, and direct back to the ground. I have said this several times.

I, too, have read articles on people who are 'psychic vamps' without them realizing that they are. However, it's not that they do not have energy they just cannot create the same or good amount of energy that they need. Everyone and everything has energy, just different amount. Also, maybe if you did explain more what it was you wanted to we could have been more of assistance, but it's up to you though.

I've come to the conclusion as to what I want. Whatever this is? I don't want it anymore. I've tried "closing my chakras" and a myriad of other techniques. None of them work. Heck, I had to pretty much rebuild my energy pathways from scratch from all the damage done to them otherwise I'd be in excruciating pain whenever I rose my energy. Even now as I type this, my chest is in slight pain and I haven't done any energy work today besides trying to get rid of it.

You cannot give away your magical energy or power or whatever you want to call it. It is something that is innate in all of us. You can of course no longer choose to call upon it or to use it, that's easy to do. But you can't just give it away. You've been told the truth, whether you choose to believe it or not is up to you.

It sounds like at times you're forcing it, and I learned when you have to force something it usuallys comes out as poop(lol), since you've tried to spiritually to use/lose the energy do it physically. Run a mile or two, lift weights(use safety precautions), build something, anything that involves exercising will help you with this. Just explore different options.

But you need to realizes that if you can't get rid of it back to earth, your stuck with it. You put that inside of you, however now it's stuck. What have you all tried? You could meditate, ask for help and fiqure it out maybe in a book or dream, or just think of a solution. However you can always learn how to harness it, even if it hurts, try your best. Like lark said, we gave you the truth, if you believe it or not it's up to, you. Blessed be~

You could also try eating healthier, or simply just as excersise like Nano said.
