I NEED SERIOUS HELP!!

There is nothing wrong with you, you are perfectly fine. Everything is perfectly made in the world, but we chose not to like it. Many people only seek for good, and avoid the bad. But life means pain, no pain no gain.

Pain doesn't mean suffering, it means life. It is telling us that we are existing, there is nothing wrong with pain. Without pain is life without hope, because pain helps us grow, it makes us strong, it is the key to enlightenment.

Be grateful that you're still living, not many people still have this opportunity. Enjoy this present moment, whether it is sad or happy, because you're experiencing life. One who has no feelings or thoughts is considered dead. You may see life miserable, but dead is worse. Enjoy your present moment, future is unknown. So don't waste your happiness on something that will bring you fear or frustration.

You are here to love others, as long as you have a heart. Then you can give warmth to others.

Pain is life? I have never read such nonsense before now.
You think pain is so good you should have mine! I am in constant pain; sometimes extremely severe pain. That idea of "no pain, no gain" comes from Bodybuilding; pushing the body to the limit. It has nothing to do with real pain,like mine.
The girl you are addressing is feeling real emotional pain. She needs help and advice; not that load of tripe you are handing out!
If you think pain is good, then you have never felt it.

I too suffer constantly,I take Opiates Daily in order to function
From a physical illness,I am prescribed by my Doctor and I have some mental and emotional issues which I have neen Dealing with and on meds for since the age of 8,also my body has become dependant
At times I have a bad month and use extra to get through the day and I end up in withdrawals real pain is not fun
And its not cool

Suffering is when you start fighting with pain, accept it. Then the mind will be calm. It's like illness, when we get sick, and we start fighting it mentally, we suffer more. When we accept it, accept the pain, the pain will become weaker. The reason why I said pain is natural is because there is no way you can overcome it, but to accept it.

I have suffered pain for many years, I have thoughts of committing suicide. But there is no way to end it, but to accept it. I had anxiety, depression and severe phobias, but now I have accept them, and now I am physically and mentally healthier.

When the mind becomes calm, the chakra heals and balance out. When you have positive energy, you attract positive things in life.

If you don't believe me, you can do a experiment on it.

Close your eyes, take a deep breathe and relax. Your mind and your body becomes lighter and happier.

Good point Ding,we can't ever get rid of the pain
So we need to accept it but some people are not sick
They can live peaceful lives give or take but they have horrible outlooks

I also have a hideous appearance too, I am a disabled person. But beauty comes from the heart, and not from the appearance. People respect you of who you are, but not what you look it. Only foolish people fall for the appearance.

You are here for a reason, you have more than many others in the world. Why not appreciate what you have now? Happiness doesn't mean how much you have, but how much you appreciate what you have.

Nobody will judge you here its your choice and whatever feels right for you. If they do judge you ignore it they dont understand and arent worth it. Do what you feel is right :) x

Look at "Nick Vujicic", he doesn't have arms and legs, but he is a successful man, he has a wife and a happy life. Why? Because he has a beautiful heart. If the heart is perfect, life is perfect.
