Please note that those terms are all used in a WRITTEN BOOK. If you knew anything about grammar you would know that when something has no/unknown gender it is referred to as male. The idea of god being a man comes from the use of that rule, when it was written he was written as male because he has no gender. Most people don't know that, but if you think about it (and have a brain) you'll know that's right.
