to unblock urself run a bath with salt init and realign ur chakras by placing a quartz crystal on ur 3rd eye and see the energy flow through ur body this will unblock ur chakras as well as cleans them

most new age shops or gem stores , u can use another crystal or stone depends what u have ameryst is very good
