Sorry. I do tend to do that a lot. I'll give that a try! Any suggestions on how it would b good for me to meditate? I'm just a beginner at everything magic and have no clue what I'm doing.
Sit in a comfortable position where you will not need to move for at least 5 minutes.
(Optional) Put on some soothing music.
(Optional) Light a calming incense, I suggest peppermint but we all have our suggestions ^-^.
Erase your mind of everything, If having a hard time of this just think about the music and/or incense.
Do Not think about anything but the name/smell of the incense, or the name/artist of the soothing music. With Soothing music just think over the sounds and visualize that you are in (wherever your soothing music is) IE: Calming sounds of the forest, (Think of a forest). Calming sounds of the ocean, (Think about being at the ocean)
Anoter possible way to help with the visualization:
- get a small item that you can ( want ) to use all five senses with like an apple.
- just hold the (apple) , think if how it feels in your hands, the the smoothness (texture) the shape of it.
- close your eyes and now try and visualize the apple in your hands.
When you can see the apple clearly then you continue with the other senses.
- bite into it and taste it ,taste the sweet bitterness, then visualize the apple again and try to imagine the tast of the apple
- smell the apple, ( then visualize )
- listen to the crunch of the apple ( then visualize)
This may take several weeks depending on your ability to visualize but be patient!! Once you have done this then you can try visualizing other things while meditating an hopefully it helped!
when reading others spells, i find that it is extremely hard to visualize what they want you too. For me, visualizing about blue lightning firing from my fingertips just doesnt cut it.
when i visualize energy, i always thing of it as a ball of white light, or fire (fire because that is my element). it is not that uncommon to have trouble visualizing things that seem kind of far fetched to your mind. use a different perspective. think about the energy in a different form.

Ok stupid question here, but what does it look like when you visualize, is it like you can see the shape and colors in the fuzzieness of your mind, or is it like your in your mind seeing yourself holding /looking at whatever.
i visualize my hands or whatever in the same postition i last remember (my current)- i basically try to get a mental image of myself in my mind- and i visualize the energy where i wan it to be. this may sound confusing so im gonna leave an example
i cup my hands and close my eyes. i visualize my hands as they are cupped, in my head, and i then place a ball of fire or white light into my hands that just appears. in other words, i visualize it.
