I can see auras too, I learned the same trick, but only recently. I can help you out if you want. You can actually tell a person's personality and mood from their aura. The color can be pretty indicative of what kind of person they are, the "condition" of the color (dirty, dull, bright, etc.) allows you to tell how their feeling. Some people have even claimed to be able to tell a person's health by observing their aura.

where do you go to find out the aura colors?

I can feel peoples' emotions and energies. i usually place colors on what i feel for fun. ive done it since i was three. i used to just know. know i feel it in my back (i got in a snowboard accident).
i wonder what the difference is in terms?

Reading/seeing auras can be a wonderful experience. Every aura is different and parts of it will change. Sometimes the whole aura changes. I wish you luck on your journey for knowledge.

that's all i see, i which i could see peopls colour, when i look out on a crowd, i see a thin white glow around people, never colour.

I can to.I just see a haze around people animals.
