I would go to a doctor, see if there is something that they can do.
If you want a home remedy using some herbs like Horny Goat, Anise, chocolate, or Ginseng which has all be proven to contain certain amino acids and vitamins that help increase the sex drive. Usually they are used in the form of a tea.
A very low sex drive can be a sign of some physical illness/problem. I'd recommend seeing a doctor as well.
And there's nothing wrong with having a very low sex drive. It allows you to focus on more important projects and not be constantly interrupted by the libido.
If you have a low sex drive you should try drinking ginseng it does not taste great so I would mix it with milk and drink it like a puch. When you want to have sex with your boyfriend drink it before hand, play some music to get into the mood and try some foreplay.Set a romantic atmosphere if your that sort of person.A study shows the louder the music, the more exited a person will become especially while intoxicated.(Just high not drunk). You can also use horny goat as well.
Or you can try psychotherapy. Many people both male and female of varying ages have the same problem as you do.You can try reading this and see what it has to sayhttp://psychcentral.com/lib/an-overview-of-sex-therapy/0001087
Your sacral chakra might be closed, try balancing your chakras. There's also herbs and aromatherapy as mentioned, but there isn't anything wrong with you, some people are just not very sexual. Not a bad thing, sex shouldn't be the deciding factor in a relationship.
You can also try sex magick. Awakeing sexual energy through various means. Building it up. Pulling it in. This might work well if you are into energy work.
Very often decreased stress dive, if not from other causes, is caused by the imbalance of copper and zinc in one's organism. Naturally, men have higher levels of zinc and women have higher levels of copper in their system. If it happens, for some reason, that this shifts, the person experiences lowered sex drive.
I would recommend eating food that contains copper
You should never, ever take any herbal or food recommendations from people online. There are to many unknown factors regarding your personal health for that to be safe (yes, common herbs and natural remedies can actually cause harm to people if they have underlying conditions).
I would check with a doctor first. It could be a health issue. It could also be what's known as "asexual".
There are many possibilities as to "why". And it can only be answered by medical professionals. They can also give you natural remedies that are specific to your needs and will work with you rather than harm.

Before you start considering the cure you should know what is the cause for the lack of libido.Either physical or either psychological. For example herbs can influence your hormones, therapy would deal let say with the psychological blocks and some energy work and chakra balancing would get your energetic centers going.
I support what Kache said that you should not take herbs randomly ,there is such thing as overdosing certain herbs ,plus a herb does not contain only one or two single compounds, but hundreds.Plus if you do not know that you physically have let say this hormonal balance that herb can make it worse instead helping you.
l-arganine increases blood flow to your genitals, ginko has been shown to increase libido, dhea can raise your testosterone which is linked to your sex drive, vitamin e and water increase lubrication in women. Also, diet can affect your drive as well. Eat a lot more veggies and fruit. Reduce the amount of sugar, carbs, salt, meat. Get a good amount of sleep, and reduce stress in your life.
