Along with your dog spell, you cannot physically change your DNA. It means that we are humans until we die. Also, I never heard that a vampire spell can make your fangs ache. Here is a tip, if you are going to write a spell, try researching first. Then after you write it, try it on yourself to know if it works or not. You really don't know if this spell works or not.
First of all you can't change physically. There are if this is spelled correctly energy vampires which drains emotions but its usually through menupilation. They don't go around drinking blood, or killing people (if they do then there's something wrong). Hollywood misleads this and a simple google can help you on learning these things. You can chant as many times you want during a vampire spell but it wont change your appearence.

I myself was trapped in these sort of things
I used to practice spells but also thought that all these things like physical change like transforming into a vampire, werewolf, mermaid is real but the fact is that all this muck is fake.

@ ighodalo, belief is a powerful thing and it can help with a spell it does not do the impossible. As a child I wanted a dinosaur, all the wishful thinking in the world didn't make it so. Same goes with spells, if a spell does not work, thinking it will doesn't change it. Regarding positive results happening for him, again, belief is a powerful thing. The mind is well known for trucking the body, its the placebo effect, convince the mind and the symptoms will appear or disappear depending. Someone who wants to get pregnant bad enough can trick their mind into sending signals to the body which simulates pregnancy, even getting a baby bump all without being pregnant. The same is true for spells such as these, someone tells you this spell will male you crave blood and after casting, you suddenly want some. Psychosomatic is all it is, think of also when a disease is being talked about a lot, you might start feeling sick, or think a soar throat is, in fact, the early stages of this illness. You need to keep an open mind but a level head as well.
