To rid yourself of emotion is not healthy. But youy can learn to tame certain extremities of emotion, if you choose.

Anger is a very easy example. If something happens, you can choose whether to become angry, or to not become angry. There are some mindfulness techniques which can help. Some meditation methods involve just being, observing thoughts but not getting involved with them; not following a trail of thought wherever it may lead, but allowing it to pass. In this way you will learn that you have thoughts and emotions, but you are not your thoughts and emotions. You will, in time, learn to oibserve yourself and master your thoughts and emotions. You will choose which you want to experience and which you may acknowledge but let go or simply accept.

you should not remove your emotions, magic or any kind of practice will require emotion, because emotions is the fundamental element in which energy can be used to guide them to a certain task, emotion is energy in motion, if you have no emotion you cant really do anything, you wont be able to strive to be your best.

Truly speaking ! You seek to make your self cold ! i did it, but i didn't used any magic or spell , i just made my feelings dead through gaining as many knowledge of history as possible. I personally as a one context studied World war 2 for 2 years and stdies world conflicts and human physie to inflict pain and suffering and God being totally avoiding to play its part bringing more evil on earth ! I even studied religion ! Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and trust me the more knowledge you gain the more your soul gets empty ! Now i have allied my self with a vision f satanism and i must say its the only light for humanity

i wouldn't reccommend it. sure it sounds like a good idea now, but you wouldn't feel happy either. if you supress your emotions it will work for a little bit until BOOM emotions everywhere and you're a total mess but you're not sure why. [also i've been depressed, you don't feel sad as much as you feel numb, it's not a nice feeling] as painful as it might seem, you should meditate and journal to work through these emotions and eventually you will come out the other side better.

emotions are a part of you and life. you need them all [even if at times you wish you didn't] with the sweets comes the sour, but that's life and there's ways to cope and see the world in a different light so the sweets seem sweeter and the sour not as sour.

Sounds very unhealthy and I would advise against it. I have never heard of or come across such a spell either, so I am just making the assumption that it is very obscure if it does.

If you where to rid yourself of all your emotions, you would have no opinion and no feelings for anything. It would be extremely unhealthy because you would not be able to make choices for yourself. All of your family, friends and loved ones wound feel distressed and confused about your lack of feeling. I strongly advise you to not attempt this. Please.

To rid yourself of emotion is to tear your very being apart. Emotions are what makes us human. To not be human is to be emotionless and broken.

I believe that emotions are what helps us connect with our surroundings, especially nature. Without it one would be lost. Emotions do not make you weak, they make you human, and all of them play a part in your personality.

If you have one emotion that is dominate over others, say anger or if you fall in love too easily and too quickly you can focus on many different ways to help have better control and understanding of that emotion. Meditation is one step towards really focusing your energy towards understanding that emotion and why is has more influence over others.

I help a lot of people with anger issues. Stuffing it away isn't the answer, anger will always be there it is easier and healthier to manage it through meditation and sometimes counseling.

I wouldn't recommend that, people who don't feel any emotions end up in prision and or a insane asylum keep those emotions.
