chakras and the truth

so i just wanted to hear if there are any success stories yet... also i wanted to let everyone know that i collect all informations available so posts such as nex's get printed out and filed with all my other chakra information. i value all inputs and thoughts. also im thinking of what to post next, any suggestions?

Post about universe.Its always good and useful stuff to learn that.

I finally started reading my Chakra meditation book whats been sitting here. so I would say that is progress,lol

lol nex, thats why i love you , you always set tasks in everything! hehehe starting a thread on the universe is like telling me to post the length of a piece of string, even talking about ducks or the soul, are both within the category, so where do i start ?

i am going to do a piece on astral soon, (within the month) but it is a bit hard, because every persons mind is different, it is easier to make one on one lessons, and i can promise you, every person i have helped, i first get to know them well enough to understand their inner minds workings, then tailor make technique for them, it takes a while. also i get to see if a person needs extra help on visualisation, or if it is mearly a problem of self doubt, or even if they are trying on the wrong frequencies (some people just push too far or too short and miss the astral plane completely. so if there is something a little easier to start off with i would appreciate the suggestion ;)

since your post Balance I have been seeing my charkas alot clearer then I was. Thanks so much for posting this. You and Kao have helped me so much just this past week and I just wanted to say Thanks So everyone can see what truely awesome ppl you are. :D

good sue, im glad it benafits you. also your astral self is getting much stronger too, make sure at least once a week you meditate in eith er your "home away from home" or in our "home away from home" i find this gives best results in creating a stronger astral form. also i wanted to find out... has anyone heard of merkaba? i would like to post details and a revised (much easier version) i just wanted to see if it is appropriate or needed.

I haven't I would be very interested in learning about it
