can feel like daggers to the eyes.
I say wear sunglasses.

Haha I love the outdoors and spend/spent a lot of time there however, frequently I have to squint just to look up at the sky if it's too bright. So, I wouldn't say that being in the light more makes it any better, only causes migraines.

I believe the reason that is considered a symptom of vampirism
is because vampires don't get use to the light.
Being in it more just means that the pain builds up.
The eyes will adjust quickly to darkness,
needing less then seconds to make things visible,
but will only adjust to a certain degree of light.
Past that strains the eyes and causes more pain then anything.

i no vamp they have no problem with light be side it they burn more easy there eyes hurt in the bright light but dude alll you need is sunglass and sunsceen or ask the sun gods for his blessing

I don't need sunscreen o___o I tan rather easily though lol my skin doesn't burn, bright natural light just feels like someone driving a nail through my pupils.

For number one symptoms. It isn't vampirism it's due to having light colored eyes. Sunglasses.

for number two. Try increasing your iron intake. Not likely vampirism probably anemia, or depression.

for number 3, harder..... Psychologist may be of assistance.
