i know a spell for a were wolf and i know there are more then ten im can descripe the spell but i dont fell like written the spell it takes more preporation then most spells and it works and if you description to tell if you know one i can provide i already searched this about a year ago so i got a year of study

To the original post... yeah, I think they're real-- but, for the given value of reality. That is,
-lots of werewolf sightings in the past because nobody else back then knew what rabies or ergot fungus was
-hallucinogenic herbs used in werewolf rituals while calling to the phantom of darkness to enter the magician, made them hallucinate
-the actual phantom of darkness granted shapeshifting powers
-or even demons like Ose or Marbas if I recall correctly... but one of them, or both of them, will sometimes make you just think you are an animal when you're still a person and that's just mean
-shifting into a wolf shape during astral projection
-identifying with a totem
-taking the attitude of a werewolf (normal temper, even civilized on moment-- then primally, roaringly aggressive the next moment)
-the "lower self" attacking people while asleep, during subconscious astral projection (Dion Fortune's "Psychic Self-Defense" has a chapter on this)
-psionic glamour (telepathic suggestion) so people will think they're looking at a wolf when they are really seeing a human, but "human" just doesn't register
-such a keen receiving telepathy and telepathic suggestion skills that you can experience the life of a wolf and suggest the course of actions it would take, kind of like possession, except you still have your body and the subject will still have his/hers afterwards... it's just sort of borrowing a new perspective.
But lycanthropy like in the movies... I don't think so.

Oh man, I'm sorry that had to happen on your thread. I myself believe in werewolves, but they aren't like the wolfman or movies. They just turn into wolves, and I believe in the astral form of werewolves. Oh, people, we all know how WOC is, just ignore him and these fights wouldn't get past his insult. IGNORE HIM. If you know he's wrong, don't say anything. :)
