That is very odd from what I learned in school a question mark means your asking a question?

He wasn't directing it at anyone specifically.

Also people who may stumble across this thread do not need to be disillusioned on reality more than they already may be.

But yes asking someone if they are nuts is a bit insulting...

Well, first of all about the lack of punctuation, that was Rilke's spelling error, as it is quite obvious that the lack of a question mark that he was more making a statement on what he felt was "nuts".

For another matter if you can feel energy well enough you can sense it even over the net, so a tone of voice can occur where none of the participants have voices.

I am fairly certain his "question" was directed to all of those who he considers "nuts", which he explains in his post after that as people who believe in werewolves. As has been previously stated there are forms of "werewolves" that aren't physical, and therefore are real .

And calling someone nuts is more than a bit insulting.

...I'm sure Rilke did not intend to insult anyone by "calling" them nuts.

I'm not really sure about how insulting calling someone nuts is, but that's okay no one should be calling anyone names, or apparently asking them questions about their sanity.

This thread is about "Werewolves" Not Rilke.

Well, then why continue it?

Anyways, about werewolves, I think those of us who know a few things understand that there are beings on the astral who can appear like what we see werewolves as. That being said there are also those of us who travel to the astral planes and choose that form as how we appear. There are also people who are very wolf-like, both in appearances and personality. Within different cultures there are ways of "transforming" into animals, which is really more taking on the animal's mind-state rather than physical transformation.

If you have anything to add on the werewolf subject I would be glad to hear your opinions.

Yes KOu2, there are many spells, but some are potentially harmful, and they do not work.

But as stated above me, there are people in cultures who believe that they can transform themselves into "animals", usually it is with the use of drugs though, and it takes place mentally not physically.

And as for your friends, don't believe everything people tell you, ask them for proof, they may just be pulling your leg.

I don't think incense and deep meditations and a good connection to the spiritual count as drugs, but to each their own. Lol.

Lol good point, but they use drug as an aid, then call the effects of the drug possession.

Since I was somewhat debated as to my intent, let me make it clear. I got on this site to discuss and debate serious questions regarding Magic, the future of Paganism, issues about Wicca, Politics and Paganism, etc. I have written at least 10 posts about these subjects, and quite frankly do not receive much feedback. Instead, the BIG issues appear to be requests for spells to turn one into a Vampire, or a Mermaid, or a Werewolf, or to have lunch with Demons, or to entrap someone of the opposite sex, or to cast a spell to pass a test, or take revenge on a teacher, or former spouse. After reading these posts I hit the wall, These requests are teenage babble, juvenile, and inane. Now.... Does everyone know where I am coming from? I do apologise for being flippant, nor do I think anyone is nuts, but I think the silly requests and silly questions should at least be put under a new post called "Disneyland "
